FAQ

We use bird’s nests that are long strands and not bird’s nest flakes. These long strands are more appealing and have a better texture for consumption. They also give the appearance that the bird’s nests are able to float in the bottle.

It is recommended to consume the entire bottle shortly after opening it. However, if you would like to store it for a short period (up to 48 hrs), you may do so by keeping it in a refrigerator.

We only use natural ingredients. Our products are chemical-free.

We do not use any preservatives. Using a vacuum seal technique, an unopened bottle can last for 2 years. However, to enjoy the freshest taste, we recommend consuming the products as soon as possible.

Our Bird’s Nest products are 100% natural, nut-free, and contain no artificial additives. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have allergies or medical concerns, and always check the ingredient list for potential allergens.

Our Bird’s Nest is ethically sourced from trusted farms and processed in Singapore under strict hygiene controls. We follow HACCP guidelines and Singapore Food Agency regulations to ensure safety, quality, and consistency.

Consume one bottle of Bird’s Nest daily or every other day for consistent nutrient absorption. For best results, enjoy it on an empty stomach, and consider adding ingredients like honey or goji berries. Remember to consume in moderation, stay hydrated, and consult a healthcare provider if pregnant or dealing with specific health conditions.

Enhance your Bird’s Nest soup by adding honey for natural sweetness, rock sugar for a traditional taste, red dates for extra nutrients, or goji berries for antioxidants. Enjoy it warm or chilled, and for a creamy twist, try mixing it with warm milk.

Allergic reactions, digestive discomfort, and respiratory issues can occur in sensitive individuals. Overconsumption may also lead to nutrient imbalances, so enjoy Bird’s Nest in moderation.

It’s important to consult a healthcare professional before consuming bird’s nest soup, particularly if you have existing health conditions, food allergies, or if you are pregnant or nursing. A professional can guide you on the right dosage and frequency to avoid any potential side effects or complications.
